CMyPeople - Chandler Macleod

When leading ASX-listed human resources outsourcing and recruitment firm Chandler Macleod recently developed its new online competency assessment tool CMyPeople, Sefiani was engaged to undertake the national launch.

As an important element of our broader PR campaign, Sefiani invited key journalists and opinion influencers to trial the product, allowing them first-hand experience of the assessment process. As CMyPeople is a web-based programme, it was vital to engage the blogging community to generate discussion on this tool and its benefits.

Through online media platforms such as blogs, Twitter and YouTube, Sefiani was able to extend the reach of CMyPeople’s exposure, engaging respected HR commentators to generate discussion on the launch. This supported articles appearing in major newspapers and trade publications and interviews arranged with CMyPeople's CEO on Sky Business News.

This integrated approach successfully positioned CMyPeople, pioneer Kevin Chandler and CEO Stuart McLean as industry and thought leaders.
